We will introduce the structure of the mouthpiece and maintenance methods that can be easily performed at home .

Unlike zippers or buttons, the most stressful part of a gold bag is of course the "gold" part.

First understand the structure of koujin
Koujin is to connect the left and right sides of the entire frame together with "hinges".
The opening and closing mechanism is achieved by cleverly crossing the central "balls".
Therefore, after long-term use, the mouthpiece may become loose.
If you look closely at the hinge part, you will see that the left and right sides cross each other.
By adjusting this part, you can tighten or loosen it.
When closing, push from the outside of the hinge
If the hinge becomes loose, as shown above, push each hinge inward with force.
Use both hands to wrap around the hinge and apply gentle pressure to successfully adjust it.
When released, it expands counterclockwise.
If the die is hard and difficult to use, expand it counterclockwise to loosen it.
Whether closed or open, the key is to check tightness "gradually".
Please note that if you apply force or do it all at once, the mouthpiece may be damaged. Please be careful.
If there is still a gap, you can fine-tune the handle
In most cases, by adjusting the frame, this should be possible.
But if it's still loose, you can use pliers to make fine adjustments.
Use pliers to gently press down on the handle section.
To make it easier to understand, I hold it directly in my hand, but be sure to use a rag etc. to prevent scratches.
If it is an older item, the metal mechanism of the handle may have deteriorated and become easily broken.
So be careful when doing this, do it carefully and fine-tune it gradually.
